Terms and Conditions of comment posting
This agreement is between www.thereader.es (owned and operated by Mulciber 26 s.l.) and You.

This agreement covers the terms of use under which You may post comments on this website. However, please be aware that this Agreement is subservient to the general Terms of Use of this website.
1.- Please choose carefully the information you post on the Website and that you provide to other Users.
2.- Your Website profile and other Content submitted by you to the Website may not include the following items: telephone numbers, street addresses or other contact details or identifying information of private individuals, contact details of public figures and any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, violent, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Despite this prohibition, it is possible that content provided by other Users (for instance, in a Member’s profile) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, and Provider assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. If you become aware of misuse of the Website or the Services by any person, please contact The Reader.
3.- www.thereader.es reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject or refuse to post any Content and to remove any Content (including private messages) from the Website, whether or not the Content is expressly prohibited by this Agreement, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.
4.- By using the Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information (including your email address); (c) where registration as a Member is required in order to use a Service you are 18 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age.
5.- Comments posted by Users on the site may be used in the printed medium of www.thereader.es without prior notice. By posting a comment on the site you extend to www.thereader.es and its parent company permission to copy and print your comment as they see fit.
6.- Offensive or inappropriate comments will be removed or edited as www.thereader.es sees fit.
7.- Post containing personal identifying information of third parties shall be removed.
8.- www.thereader.es does not review all comments. However upon being notified of comments we review them within 2 working days.
9.- This agreement is set out under the Laws of Spain and Andalucia.

We completed on our new build property on 20th September 2006. We knew nothing of illegal builds and were probably one of thelast people that the banks gave a mortgage to for the property, but we wondered why they wanted to include our previous property which we still had in the mortgage agreement. We have this and deeds to the property. We are appauled that none of the estate agents, builders, carpenters, plumbers, building societies and bank managers we met during the purchase of our house thought it necessary to tell us about the exposure of the illegal builds in the Spanish which had happened months before we purchased, but were not widely known in England. WE KNEW NOTHING OF THIS and puchased our property in good faith. All the above people are culpable of deceit and misrepresentation and forgery and yet it is us who have had to live under this worrying cloud of demolition or huge payments to rectify for 3 1/2 years now. All we wanted was a quiet place in the country to retire to!!!
